[에너지신문] 02 December 2015 - Snam and Statoil have signed an exclusive agreement, under the terms of which Eni will acquire Statoil's 20% interest in the Trans Adriatic Pipeline for €130m. The closing of the transaction is expected by the end of 2015.

TAP is the company established for the purpose of developing the Trans Adriatic Pipeline project, a proposed gas interconnection that will deliver about 10 bcm/year of gas from the Shah Deniz gas field in Azerbaijan to Italy after crossing Greece and Albania. The project is developed by BP (20%), Socar (20%), Statoil (20%), Fluxys (19%), Enagás (16%) and Axpo (5%). Commissioning is expected in early 2020 and its capacity could be doubled later.
