[에너지신문] 15 December 2015 - Pilipinas Shell Petroleum (Shell group) has completed the upgrade of its 110,000 bbl/d Tabangao refinery in Batangas (Philippines), which is now able to produce Euro-IV compliant fuel. This project was completed ahead of the 1 January 2016 deadline set by the Department of Energy on oil companies to comply with global standards. It paves the way for its listing at the Philippines Stock Exchange (PSE) in an initial public offering (IPO).
Shell also completed its PhP 1bn (US$21m) second phase and third phases of the Malampaya deep water gas-to-power project in October 2015 and aims to complete the PhP 6bn (US$126m) import terminal in Cagayan de Oro by the end of the year.
